Signing in of Alison Cross as a co-opted Member of Moggerhanger Parish Council.

Appeal for Asterby and Chalkcroft Nursery.
Application for 39 Bedford Road …extension of existing pair single garages.
Resurfacing has been carried out on the A603 through Moggerhanger
7) Site for the defibrillator at the school.
8) Playing field report. The Annual Safety ROSPA report has been received. The items for work have now been completed. The grass cutting continues David Smith continues to monitor the Pavilion, Play Area and the toilets, all are closed at present for safety requirements.
A request by David Smith to purchase a new lawnmower as the old mower is beyond economic repair.
10)Central Beds Report.

Approval of accounts for 2019/.20 Audit report checks and signing.
12) Correspondence.
Resignation of Clerk at end of July. Advertising for her replacement.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING.
If anyone, or anyone in their household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last seven days they must not attend the meeting. If they develop symptoms within 7 days of the meeting they must use the Test, Track and Trace system to alert others with whom they have been in contact.
PLEASE NOTE ANYONE ATTENDING THE MEETING WILL BE REQUIRED TO GIVE THEIR CONTACT DETAILS TO THE PARISH CLERK ON ENTRY TO THE VILLAGE HALL IN CASE THERE IS A NEED TO CONTACT TRACE, THESE DETAILS WILL BE KEPT FOR 14 VDAYS AND THEN DESTROYED.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE FOLLOWED BY RESIDENTS ATTENDING THE MEETING HAND SANITISING MUST ALSO BE CARRIED OUT GELL IS AT THE DOOR.
